Cross winding technology for individual adhesive solutions

The possibilities of Triple G offer you more efficiency and options for use and application that other manufacturers of cross-wound reels cannot offer. On this page we present all the added values that will simplify your work processes in the production line.

Your desired material

All materials that can be slit and wound at the same time can be manufactured by us into cross bobbins with enormous running lengths in individual cutting widths. So don't miss out on the perfect material for your application.

  • Self-adhesive finishing of non-adhesive materials
  • Lamination | combination of different materials
  • Manufacturer-independent procurement
  • Self-delivery possible
tape cutting widths in all dimensions

In addition to the usual standard dimensions, we manufacture cross-wound bobbins in individual cutting widths according to customer requirements. This means that you no longer have to make do with the usual dimensions. From now on, your workpiece determines how wide the tape should be cut!

  • Cutting widths adapted to your workpieces
  • Individual dimensions tailored to your production process
Cross bobbins in your desired length

Similar to the cutting widths, we manufacture cross-wound spools with individual running lengths far from the standard dimensions according to your requirements. Depending on the cutting width, material thickness and maximum outer diameter of the spool, significantly longer running lengths can be realized.

  • Fewer reel changes thanks to longer belt lengths
  • Enormous running lengths of up to 100 km
  • Reduction in service life
Individual winding widths

Not only the tape widths and lengths can be customized, but also the cross bobbin as a finished product. The winding width determines the exact area in which the coil is to be wound in order to ensure a smooth and precise application.

  • Individual widths tailored to your application process
  • Depending on the desired material, cutting widths & running lengths
Individual cardboard sleeve

In addition to the winding width, the entire core width can also be individually cut from the winding core. The advantage for you is the precise fit of the winding cores in your production line. For this purpose, cardboard cores with a diameter of 6", 3" or 30 mm can be used.

  • Individual cutting widths on customer request
  • Precisely fitting use in the production process
Individual outside diameters

In addition to the core and winding widths, the focus can also be placed on the maximum outer diameter of the cross-wound coil. Your advantage here is again the precise fit in your production line. Please note that the outer diameter determines the running length (winding width) as well as the cutting width and material thickness.

  • Roller diameter adapted to your product line
  • Individual dimensions on customer request
Side plates

The use of side plates is particularly suitable for non-adhesive materials that are rewound. Their advantage is that the tape material cannot slip to the sides during the production process.

  • Individual protection against slipping during application
  • Suitable for all cross-wound reels or dimensions
Individual liner

By producing a cross bobbin from double-sided adhesive tape, for example, the requirements for the protective cover or liner can change. Your advantage here is that the conventional protective liner for your application can be replaced or the material can be provided with an additional one.

  • Replacement or lamination of the protective liner
  • Individual materials on customer request
Application aids

Various application aids can also be attached to the tape for better use and application. Their advantage is a time-saving and easier application of the tape material and thus a simplification of the work process.

  • Interliner to protect the bonding of double-sided adhesive materials
  • Longitudinal fold in the foam as a "sticking plaster effect" for easier application
  • Fingerlift effect for perfect removal of the protective liner
